Trying Salvia For The First Time, Please Advise This Salvia Newb

Ill keep it short. What is the most potent form of salvia? The 20x or the tinicture? After 10+ years of smoking things (and quitting) I want to smoke the least possible and get the best possible effect. I need purity.

I dont know about the tincture.. but 20x is about the most potent you can get.

I'm not too experienced with Salvia, but i'll tell you what I think anyways.

I've only used 5x extract and it was all I needed.  Even if your an experienced user of psychadelics I don't think you should jump right into 20x extract, take it slow, this stuff is VERY powerful.

I know if I could start all over again I would have only wanted to experience salvia with one sober friend in a place where I felt I had no worries about anything(could be parents, phone ringing, just any outside distraction).  Definatly make sure your trip sitter wont be bugging you during the trip, and know that he is only there to make sure you don't hurt yourself, and not to ask you questions about your experience while your experiencing it.

I'm sure others here have more advice.

anything 5x & above is quite potent. stay away from tinctures...waste of money.

keep in mind, smoking techique is just as important as what you are smoking. smoking salvia (if you want to break through) is not like smoking pot or tobacco.

anytime I've done salvia, 5x is good enough. Though I'm through with salvia, too scary  :grin:

smoke it out of a bong, and get one of those torch lighters.  you need something hot so you get everything.  just be quick and take a big rip, don't hold back.  hold for 30 seconds and exhale.  if you can, try and get another rip before the salvia takes hold.

also make sure you always have a sitter before doing this stuff.

if its really 5x, that's all you'll need.

We got eaten alive by mosquitos but didn't notice til the next day. Well salvia is a much different kind of trip then you can ever imagine. Ive tried *20 *10 and *6 if you are going to do it I suggest you have some one there with you just incase.
