Why doesn't OTD like the pub?

Everytime I try to check it out people seem so mean and like they don't like the pub.

Anybody know some history or something about this?

i use to post alot in the otd, but wondered over here..... just seems the pub is a bit more 'real' as otd has a lot of jibberish.

But everyone is cool there, here, and everywhere!

My personal opinion is this:
Most who post in OTD are still in that phase where they subtley despise themselves, life, and humanity. They feel its justfied and fitting to curse for the heck of it, to post obscenity for the heck of it, to insult one another for the heck of it - all because they seem to feel down on themselves.

Join the Pub and spread the love, people. It's a "we" thing, not a "you vs. the world" thing.

I used to post in otd. there was no pub.
then there was a pub, but what it really was was grateful dead all day every day.
then the pub became more popular than otd. then i was horribly bored of otd. I followed the crowd and entered as your savior. you don't need to thank me.

OTD is alcohol, crack, pron and GG Allen.

The pub has SOME substance....in order to find a good thread here i have to wade through grateful dead lyrics and posts about Shining On.
