Here is a site with some directions, check which one you have as there are a few listed. Label and MSDS in .pdf format.

If I were you I wouldn't touch Thiram.

I first got into contact with thiram when I bought some Morning Glory seeds in a local seeds shop (for obvious reason). They were treated with Vitavax (17% Thiram + 17% Carboxin). I washed them with a liquid detergent and lots of water before swallowing, as it was outlined at Erowid, but nevertheless the nasty pesticide obviously remained and I got sick.

I felt very noticeable loss of sex drive, impaired memory and general weakness. Everything I got into contact with while my hands were contaminated with the seeds became contaminated (e.g. books, personal documents, CDs, computer equipment etc.). This lasted for more than 2 weeks, and returned whenever I got into contact with some of the things I touched at the time.

Contrary to the information I found on the net about Thiram, I found it to be very stable under indoor conditons, and it's especially hard to wash from porose objects.

Even the trash can (which is outside and constantly exposed to sun and rain) where I threw the unused seeds 3 years ago still makes me sick when I pass near it! I know this sounds a bit odd, I'm perplexed myself, but I'm not joking.

Is there anybody else here who has eaten Morning Glory seeds treated with this pesticide, and if so did you have any problems?

At www.pesticideinfo.org thiram is labelled as "suspected endocrine disruptor" and a proven "Developmental or Reproductive Toxin". More recent studies found it to be a mutagen as well.

There is more comprehensive information here:

Fact Sheet

Extoxnet about Thiram

Quote:
Chronic toxicity: Symptoms of chronic exposure to thiram in humans include drowsiness, confusion, loss of sex drive, incoordination, slurred speech, and weakness, in addition to those due to acute exposure. Repeated or prolonged exposure to thiram can also cause allergic reactions such as dermatitis, watery eyes, sensitivity to light, and conjuntivitis [1].

What puzzles me is why does it take it so long to decompose by itself? It should have disappeared within 2-3 weeks at most, not 3 fucking years.
