yup the cubes are up around the San Antonio Area too. I found 8 or 9 in a small old feild nextdoor to my buddies house just the other day. If we hadn't been so lazy and had come out in the morning it would have been closer to 30. We found so many dead dried up black shrooms. Peace

I don't doubt you found 3lbs wet. A wall greens basket should be more than 3 lbs

During weilii season here (Atlanta area) it's easy for us to pick at least 3-4 lbs wet weilii in one neighborhood with a few helpers.

Ok, i'm not flamming you but most cubensis do have a golden top. The golden techer strain comes from southeast asia, not texas. Gold tops is just street slang for shrooms. So what you probably have is just some regular wild cubes. You could go as far to say they are probably Texas strain, Gulf Coast, or Arcadia, although arcadia is really just a fancy name given to a strain of texas found in louisiana.

Where are these pictures. I would love to see your haul.

It doesn't matter, in the end, what you call them, the fact is....YOU FOUND A SHIT LOAD OF SHROOMS.

JUST GIVE ME PICS.

Exactly. When it comes to hunting in the wild, strain names are 100% irrelevant. The only time it matters is for growing, and some would argue that even then it doesn't matter. Like Evan said: Cubensis is cubensis... that's all that matters.

When does weilii fall season start generally, and what county are you in?
