Enter: Let's get into ethnobotany. What is it? Why should we be fond of it? Prisoner#1: It's medicine, amusement, it's hopefully what you seek to find in it, for me some have been great substitures for more dangerous drugs, pharmaceuticles in particular, you can fond soemthing to help with depression, headaches and other pains, for almost any sort of healing you need, including the spiritual kind.
Enter: To date, what plants/botanticals have you grown or attempted to grow? Can you actually take a few moments and give a breakdown of how hard each one was and the general guidelines for success? Take your time, brother. Make history right here right now. Prisoner#1: I've grown a variety... salvia, several species of cactus, poppies, HBWR and morning glories, I hate LSA trips for some reason, certain plants like daturas I like to stay away from, if it's could kill me I dont think I need it. I dont have much growing at the moment, my lillies are really an agravation, I have yet to get a seed to germinate and there is so little info on them.
I dont really have any secrets that help to keep them alive, just learn what their needs are and try too meet them, read everything regardless of how insignifigant it may seem, you can pick up an important peice of info in the least expected places. Look at what others have done that result in failures and in sucsess, this way you're sure to cover your bases.
Enter: What has been the most personal and profound botanical you've come across? Can you tell us about the experience(s)? I'm from a place about 15 minutes out of atlanta, a place that grew way to fast I watched it go from farm land and dirt roads to a county with 1700 cops and almost a half a million citizens, I hate the rat race, even if you win, your still a rat
Enter: If I were completely new to indoor growing and didn't even know what kind of equipment to get in order to grow rougly 5 - 9 plants, what advice would you lend me? Prisoner#1: Before you spend the first nickle, learn about the plants you;re considering, make sure that the environment that they need are similar that way you arent over or under doing it for any of the plants and you dont over work yourself. It will make your lighting, ventilation and plant purchases a little more appropriate for your grow, grow outdoors when ever you can. it's senseless to spend on a whim and kill half your plants. read.
Enter: I'd like to hear your take on Dr. Alexander Shulgin's work, specifically the books Tihkal and Pihkal, if you've read 'em. What'did you think of these in-depth scientific published works? I dont think I could be happier in a relationship
