lungs/exercise

will starting up an exercise program help clear out the lungs of someone who smoke pot and if so how effective is it at doing this?

excersising will not clear your lungs up, i think it might increase your lung capacity(not too sure bout this) But It usually takes your lungs approx the same #yrs to clear up as the amount of time u smoked. At least with tobacco.

Either one of the 2 posts above may be true (I'm going with the second). But whichever you wish to believe, the fact is that running can't hurt. Runt and make yourself healthy again.
