It's not that simple....you can't be sure of your dose if you do that, plus you have be really careful with the water you use. Public water contains chlorine which destroys LSD.

Chlorine? Sure, just like boiling tea will break down the psilocybin...
Nothing to worry about. You might lose like what .000003% of activity.
More would stay stuck on the glass than broken down by chlorine, but both amounts are next to nil.
I've seen crystal put in vodka to lay lots, so you could us that if you are worried about losing 1/4 of a microgram.

No, it would break it all down.....that's how strongly chlorine reacts with LSD, I wish I could remember my source for this and post it here...... Plus it would still be impossible to separate into doses; He has no idea how much crystal is actually on the cubes. If he was just working with crystal (of a known amount/purity) it would work, but not with a single dose. Plus it's pointless as the cubes are probably just dosed with potent liquid (300-500mics per drop) which is a good solid dose.

Well maybe? Never heard of such a thing, plus I've done it with plain city tap water. Just speaking from personal experience.
The only hard part about splitting it is not spilling it down the side of the glasses when evening them out.
This is making something so easy, so overcomplicated.

Cl would act as a catalyst working to break down the acid, it does not get used up, or more correctly it is present at the end of the reaction to break down more LSD. In the same sort of way it breaks down ozone.

LSD is an unusually fragile molecule and some comments are in order as to its stability and storage. As a salt, in water, cold, and free from air and light exposure, it is stable indefinitely. There are two sensitive aspects of its structure. The position of the carboxamide attachment, the 8-position, is affected by basic, or high pH, conditions. Through a process called epimerization, this position can scramble, producing isolysergic acid diethylamide, or iso-LSD. This product is biologically inactive, and represents a loss of a proportionate amount of active product. A second and separate point of instability is the double bond that lies between this 8-position and the aromatic ring. Water or alcohol can add to this site, especially in the presence of light (sunlight with its ultraviolet energy is notoriously bad) to form a product that has been called lumi-LSD, which is totally inactive in man. Oh yes, and often overlooked, there may be only an infinitesimal amount of chlorine in treated tap water, but then there is only an infinitesimal amount of LSD in a typical LSD solution. And since chlorine will destroy LSD on contact, the dissolving of LSD in tap water is not appropriate.

Oh how I wish I could hand you my coffee and ask you to "sweeten" it for me...

Imagine if you replaced the sugar cubes in an office with those. Oh how fun it would be see how the "management suits" behave then...

ha ha ha. Sorry, my sense of humor and wishes get hold of me sometimes.
