Sucky u like fishing terestrials? I always use black crickets, beetels, ants.
I wanna try tying some cicadas this year.

I dont think you are to far off from I so lets hit up the steams sometime soon.

I'm happy to see that we have alot of fishermen here at the Shroomery.

Where did you catch it?

I can't wait til the snow melts up at Lost Lake.
I got around 200 triploids up there this past year.
2 to 4 pounds each.
I had to buy a freezer this year...just for fish.  :grin:
There is going to be alot of hold overs left up there this year.

I got an 8 pound brood stock at Beaver Lake...near Issaquah.

Walleyes are biting around here, the pike are picking up nicely also.

Be a few weeks before I can catch catfish but I don't mind I usually only fish for those for food when I'm camping and I haven't had the time to go out on the river for a weekend yet this year.

Damnit sucky you need take me out one of this years, I'll pay you good money.

Nice work.  I'm a fly guy and focus maily on rivers.  I like to float - the float is just as fun as the fishing to me.  All the fish I catch are released.  I'd rather have a big hunk of cow meat instead.  :cow:  Guiding in AK makes one hate fish flesh with a passion.  110 days of fish is just too many.

Pike can be good, but depends on the water. Imho trout salmon taste better.
