Is there a way to add to the message board an alert button so users can notify mods of problems?

Check out this site for a good example:

www.craigslist.org and just go into any of the catagories and click on one of the posts


So many users seem to want to contriubute to the board and maybe this would be a way that they could feel like they were helping out.

At the bottom of every post there is a "Post extras" the last image is to notify the mods of the forum.

heheheh look at stupid me...I never even noticed those post extras at the bottom....I still have to get used to the new format.
