crying helps on the short term, heh...
(lotta very strange chemicals can be found in tears - & the chemmies in tears of grief are very different from tears of joy, or tears of laughter, really!)

been through the heartbreak, friend (wy wife of 20+ years leftme, the house & the kids (2 teens) to find her happiness) --- it will pass, but it's gona take some time...

do try not to act out any "evil" impulses you may have, either towards "her", or towards "him"
(i did my damnedest to avoid seriously badmouthing "her", & passed up offers from friends to do "him" anything from a "blanket party" to a (finally!) successful apparent suicide; "the other guy" was biploar, & used suicide threats as conversational gambits, & i couldn't trump "i'll kill myself if you don't come with me" i guess :frown:

...)(& my ex & i are still friendly (hell, i get along with her better than the kids - she visit the house 3x/week +/- & i have been civil to "him" on the few times (very few!) we have met since she moved out... this was all a few years ago, & very Very VERY educational...)

exercize...
fresh air...
moderate consuption of tea or other caffeine beverages...
minor nootropic herbs (gotu kola, ginseng, celastrus, ginkgo, coca, etc.) or nootropic amiono acids & drugs (tryosine, glutamine, tryptophan; piracetam, vinpocetine, hydergine, etc.)...
ONE good drunk...

hang in there...
