Kellogg's Fruit Harvest

This cereal is friggin' awesome! It consists of a balance of delicious crunchy flakes, freeze-dried strawberries and blueberries, and likely a buttload of chemicals which tell my mind that the food is delicious and zombify my brain chemicals into a pattern of addictive consumption.

Cereal is terrible food. If you want enjoy a quality breakfast, get yourself some oatmeal, old fashioned style. Not quick oats.

Put 1/2 cup in the microwave for 2 min with water. When it comes out, stir in frozen blueberries or rasberries. They thaw out real quick in the hot oatmeal and are delicious. Then add another 1/2 cup of oatmeal and stir in. Serve with a dash of cinnamon and enjoy.
