What's up pub, just wondering if anyone here is studying an asian language, especially mandarin, and can help me. I took chinese 101 last semester and just started 102 a few weeks ago. I did well in 101 and I'm getting pretty good at the spoken language, but I still found it really tough to learn the characters to the point where I can reproduce them from memory. 102 is tougher and I sort of sense an academic ass kicking coming. That being said, does anyone here have any strategies to help them learn? I took a test that said I was a haptic or kinesthetic learner, but not sure how to apply that or how much credence to give that assessment. Anyway, any help would be appreciated, so thanks in advance.
