I need to know for sure. Do shrooms show up on hair tests...? new school policy... grrrrrr... all help is appreciated.

I highly doubt it.
The chemical in mushrooms (psilocybin) that is the "magic" ingredient leaves the body (you pee it out:) Within 8 hours. Plus its very expensive to test for it.
So if you're going to school....and your school has to do all of the student. I would bet that they don't test for it. Most drug test screen for weed, coke, meth and herion.

My school also hair tests and shrooms and acid do not show up on the test. I know this for a fact. Go to erowid if you want more proof. www.erowid.org

why the hell would a school be doing hair test for drugs?!?!? id tell them to fux off they have no right to be doing that!!

Where the hell do you live and what type of school requires drug testing? Surely not in the U.S. ...I hope. Back when I was in school there was no such thing as drug testing a student in any way. Here's some advice. Shave your head. LOL

Hey, fuck the school. If it is a public school you own their ass.
Back in my day when someone school bastard tried to search me or ask me for a drug test I'd spit on him....then I'd get a court date for assault...I did not know that spitting in someone's face counts as assault...
As for your rights, if you feel that they have been fucked over in some way, contact the ACLU, sue your school, and colllect a large cash settlement.

My school gives drug tests for everybody that plays sports for the school and for some extra curricular stuff.... they only gave piss tests though and only once or twice a year (or when they believed you where using drugs), even the cheaper drug tests cost a good chunk of money when you're testing a lot of people like that.
