i would ask for anything from a restaurant called "endless" or "bottomless", like a shrimp basket from some seafood restaurant, then i could eat as long as i wanted, until i died of a stroke from eating so much fried shrimp.

judging by the state this was in (texas).. the website's disclaimer - * The final meal requested may not reflect the actual final meal served... and the list of most inmate meals.. I think it would be safe to say you wouldn't get anything extra fancy or that they had to go out of their way for. Most of the stuff they wanted sounds like stuff they would have on hand anyway in the staff kitchen.

But yeah.. fuck the death penalty, and I probably wouldn't eat anything. Why bother.. just fucking kill me already.
