Man arrested for possessing synthetic drug

SINGAPORE : Central Narcotics Bureau officers arrested a man and seized 100 LSD stamps - a synthetic drug.

Following a tip-off, CNB officers moved in on the suspect next to Aljunied MRT station on Thursday.


A red packet containing 100 LSD stamps was found in his right trouser pocket.

LSD is a synthetic drug which can cause hallucinations.

It can be added to absorbent paper and divided into small decorated squares, like stamps.

Each square represents one dose of the drug.

The 31-year-old suspect also tested positive for amphetamines after a urine test, and will be investigated for trafficking a controlled drug.

If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of five years behind bars and five strokes of the cane. - CNA

if someone caned me for that i would want to fucking kill them out of intense rage, nobody lays a hand on me.  he didnt put his hands on anyone else did he?  and he gets the cane 5 times?  fucked up laws everywhere in this fucked up world.(well, fucked up PEOPLE in this WONDERFUL world, i meant..you know what im saying tho, how pathetic...just upsets me a lil)

too bad the guy didnt have time to ditch the sheet, poor soul :frown:

That sucks severely for him, at least 5 years and he gets 5 strokes of the cane? Though the 5 strokes of the cane is nothing compared to losing 60+ months of his life

Though I admit I thought the 5 strokes of the cane thing was a joke until I saw it was from Asia.
