I never eat half a sandwich. I don't remember the last time I cut one in half.

Diagonally if it's got meat in it, but if it's a grilled cheese, pb&j, or egg sandwich then I won't eat it unless it's cut down the middle. I'm a freak. :sun:

Don't read this until after you vote. If you cut across the middle, you are more discouraged by the loss of Colin Powell. If you cut diagonal, you are more encouraged to firing John Ashcroft. I cut diagonally, but not exactly at the corners...somewhere between half and diagonal.

my sandwhichs never need cutting. i start at one and and finish at the other. thats the ways i likes it, less parts to get the job done.

Diagonal is more practical. Its easier to take a bite from the corner if  its at a 45 degree angle, as opposed to 90, in which you can only fit a small amount into your mouth.  I suppose this is acceptable if you only nibble at your sandwich, but I like to take large, manly bites at my pb&j. :evil:

i picked cross corners, but when i was a kid, i always did thru the middle, but cross corner was the prefered way.... i havent cut a sandwhich in years, but maybe like, 6 or 7 months ago, i made a sandwhich and did it cross corner... it was the jam
