learn to love it. some of teh best things come when you cant think right. tomarow when you stumbling around at work half floating, jsut remember that anyhting that happens doesnt really matter and its just no big deal. lack of sleep is a great drug.

download some mp3s of rain falling and rip it to a cd. Listen to it when you go to bed. Nothing more relaxing than going to sleep with the sounds of rain.

Unfortunately I rarely sleep. I sleep when I can get an hour or two. I'm often up until 8 in the morning and sleep until 3 pm - and am up all night after that. If I ever get different employment hours, I stay past 8, take a nap in the afternoon, get up and later go to bed at a decent time. All in all, I am unable to control my sleep.

ambien is a great sleeping remedy.ive tried many many methods of trying to sleep and this was the only thing that worked. it is prescription and works wonders.. taking it with any other drugs can lead to an awsome time or a bad time... i found that mixing it with thc or psychedelics was amazing. by itself you can hallucinate mildly. with shrooms it turned what was a bad mind fuck trip to an amazing and happy visual trip. my mind was racing so i decided to take it to sleep and not only did it eliminate all crazy thoughts in my head but also enchanced the visual aspect and turned out to be an amazing time. when mixing it with large amounts of alcohol, it can be bad. my friend puked everywhere and was like a zombie. the next day he didnt remember what happened. if you 5 beers and take 10-20mg of ambien, its like you drank 10 beers. with moderation it can be fun but dont drink too much with it

yes, ambien is great. its what finally put me to sleep that second night. i dont usually like taking sleeping aids, because i build up a dependancy for them really fast.
