On high-times.com they have a state by state listing of what the penalties are for posession of marijuana. Does anyone know where to find similar info for shrooms?

Yes, there is something like this for mushroom and mushroom cultivation. Although I've never found it on the web, it is in a book called "Sacred Mushrooms & the Law" by Richard Glen Boire Esq.

I bought this book awhile ago and I still use it as a reference. It's well worth the $9.95:)
