I just got back from looking. My dad has this awesome ass telescope. You can clearly see windows on commercial airliners etc... with it during the day. Fun, but cold.

WE have a perfect view here in Coos Bay, Oregon. Few clouds (which is highly unusual) and the moon is now totally behind the shadow. A nice warm red glowing orb.

it does other cool shit as well, last year about $25000 worth of camera
equpiment and $15000 in tools were stolen.... those would have
made better pics
