    My cat's still missing.  :sad:  I'm beginning to think that since she disappeared Sunday night and Monday was garbage day...somebody may have hit her with a car then dumped her in a trash can.  :mad2:
    Anyway, to take this thread in a somewhat new direction.....
    I was looking out the back door last night at like 3 am and I was watching these to oppossums rooting around.  They look pretty funny.  And they seem to be good natured.  And they have these little pinky finger paws that are hilarious looking. 
    So, anyone heard of getting an oppossum, when it's young, and then raising it domesticated?  My parents knew a guy back from college who had a raccoon for a pet.  I don't know, tho.  Still have 2 cats and they *might* not like new company like that. 

    Weell.  That cat's cute btw.  Hope things work out with her.  Get her a playmate!  :laugh:

i'm not susposed to have any animals in my apartment either or i have to pay a $400 security deposit and $30 a month maintence, fuck that though, cats are easy to hide.

paw good idea with the hot sause i might try that, she seems to be learning well though, everytime she started chewing on a wire i'd throw her away from them onto my bed across the room (gently :p) every once and a while she'll still go for them but she knows better, if i look at her she runs away instead of having to throw her (throw is kinda an exaggeration)

she was living outside with the people i got her from so i expected her to shit on my carpet a few times but she found the litter box right away, made me proud (and glad i didn't have shit stains to get out of my carpet) :smile:

she absolutly will not leave me alone when i home though, always meowin if i don't pet her 24/7 and dosn't like for me to sleep to much, cute but kinda annoying when i'm trying to study or sleep like last night and i had a lab exam at 9 this morn =\. she's worth it though, most loving cat i've ever seen.

I was reading in my room yesterday and a blanket rumpled up on the bed cought the corner of my eye as I was turning the page. I thought it was my cat, who had died a couple years ago, and it made me sad.

Also, it made me realize that I really liked having a cat.

Like the first time I took mush I was petting her and she started purring. Each of her purrs sent these waves of totally awesome please all through my body and I had to laugh and smile and keep petting her. I wonder if she got anything like that out of being pet.
