Why does a heart break make you wanna indulge in only the worst foods possible?

Is it possible to get over this? Anyone have a method of getting that fulfilling feeling and NOT eating the shitty stuff when you're upset?

Eat seafood when you get like that. I love to eat and shrimp, broiled fish, shellfish and lobster are the things for me. Seafood is healthy for you and you wont put on the pounds.
