Seriously it should be ok- it will weaken rapidly now that it has made landfall.
We're starting to get wind from it now. Soon we should be able to taste the salt in the air..

I'm thankful this wasn't a hurricane like Camille that I lived through. These guys are out in the hurricane with cameras and all! :grin:

If this was a real hurricane like Camille, Jim Cantore (Weather Channel) wouldn't be standing out in the storm - he'd either be dead or hanging onto to a tree for his dear life.
