whats wrong with jars?

i used a mixture of (i think) 3 cups manure. 5 cups vermiculite. and 10 tablespoons of brf to make and a little less than 2 cups of water to make 12 1/2 pint jars. i boiled them, like usual, for a little over one hour and then lit sit for 2 days untill i recieved my panaleous cyanscens spores. i innoculated them on 4/30/2001 and today is 5/9/2001 and there isnt really anything. theres looks like there might be really small/fine strands of mycelium but it really looks like smuges from the substrate on the inside of the glass, and its only found were theres (small) chunks of manure touching the glass. i really dont think that is mycelium but i heard paneoulus mycelium is really thin and wispy? im wondering if the wheather might have killed the spores because lately its been in the 90 degree range, but they are in the canning jar box and in my closet. im pretty sure that the last batch of B+ that i did took a while but its been 10 days. i also used a layer of dry vermiculite at the top which i havent really heard of with pans. i know the spores made it through that layer but maybe that specie needs more air ore something. i also did 12 jars using a 12cc syringe and got a little less than 4cc left.

if you know whats going on then please tell me i dont want to lose em!!!!

Hmm, sounds like a bad or pretty bad syringe to me. You should see some growth by now, wait a few days and hopefully something good will happen.
