Suspicious Script: rollback.js

Hi,
I recently upgraded to Windows XP Professional. Now whenever it boots up McAffee gives me a warning saying it's detected a suspicious script in C:WINDOWS/repair/rollback.js and asks me if I want to stop the script. I always say I do.

So I went and deleted that file and then Windows started giving an error saying 'warning we can't find rollback.js' or whatever. I tried looking for info about this online but there was hardly anything.
Anyone know anything about this?

Upgrade XP to the most recent service pack.
