franks red hot sauce would be classified, third party additive, it comes in a glass jar thing, it's delicious. adds heat, but not crazy heat, heat that tastes good.

i boil my noodles, drain the water, add half the powder stuff. stir, then soy sauce and franks. devour(sp) them with my chopsticks.

The only flavor that is edible is Beef. Chicken flavor is only good if you add franks red hot. My Ex-girlfriend introduced me to the franks red hot when I was sick once and it is gooooOOd.

umm are we forgetting roast beef flavor?
half of the time i just cook the noodles, drain all of the water, throw the flavor in the trash add a dash or 2 of soy sauce and eat up!

This is the stuff the morbidely obese are made out of, fat and extremely refined starch.

I have to agree with you on both fronts: It does taste good, and eating that and poptarts alone WILL kill you. Painfully and slowly. At least buy some baby carrots and ranch dip and a few bananas. And get some protein, even if it's just a bean burrito! :smile: :smile: :smile:

I once survived only on ramen noodle and eggs for about two months.

It was good for awhile, but then I started to feel not-so-good.

Go to the asian stores and pick up the "mama" brand noodles. They have a bunch of asian writing on the packets, but the only english word is mama. They are way better than the american crap. I usually add some sliced chicken breast and lime juice. Also, that hot sauce with the rooster on it. If you got some mint leaves, parsley, green onions, cilantro, whatever, add some of that too. You could also poach an egg in there if need be. Oh, and chop some fresh peppers to put in it. I always have a big bowl after a night of hard drinking.

I remember living on 99 cent pizzas, rc cola and ramen noodles. I look back on that time and realize why I always felt lazy, slow and unmotivated. You are what you eat.

That shit is so processed it isen't even funny. I recommend a diet of steak, tuna, mayo, salmon, chicken. After your body switches off using carbohydrates for energy and to using ketones (which are an even BETTER source anyways) you'll feel like a millllion bucks, almost euphoric, full of energy.

You'll feel like shit though for the first week or 2 when starting an all meat diet though, just stick through it.

Mayo is so gross, I don't know how you could recommend that in any healthy diet!

Protein diets are ok if you don't excercise much. If you are very active you'll be hurtin for good complex carbs.

The best diet is mostly vegetables and fruit, water, and a little bit of meat (preferably fish) and carbs. No dairy.
