I find that eating a moderate amount of food with the shrooms keeps my stomach much happier. Shrooms alone makes it hurt.

Well,my very first time shroomin i only ate a handful of chex and a twix bar the entire day, then that night i ate two and a half grams, i puked like three times. So i would suggest eating like you would normally until like four or six hours prior to trip, eat shrooms, wait til they kick in and stomach pains go away, then eat some fruit or something natural. I wouldnt know but fastfood and that kind of shit doesnt sound like it would be too appetizing.
