Monsoon Pictures

Here's a few of the quite interesting clouds from a recent monsoon (aggressive storm, for those who don't live in the SW)

The first is a rift in the clouds which eventually produced a funnel cloud.





This is my favorite time of year here....

Nice, man. Makes me miss Tucson - my birthplace. I recently moved away too. The monsoons were maybe the only thing that made it tolerable to live there in the summers.

you should try playing with Lighting Effects on that same one.. the 3D effect would look awesome. heck, i'll do it if you want..

ok.. it didn't come out as cool as i thought it would, but here's what i was able to do:




(the problem is that the picture is grainy, so PS effects bring out the graininess.)
