I have my double coffee with an espresso shot. Jura coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine. Veranda blend is my fave. The coffee is a 6oz serving from this machine. 4oz espresso. no cream, no sugar this time. I have like 180 LDL and 200 of the other level on my 2 cholesterol levels recently. I eat a lot of chips and cheese, bacon, sausage. Not every day though. I don't know why it's so high, but I need to get it down for sure.

Starting a stricter diet. Still weight around 210,exercise at least once a week. and all other levels were normal except alkaline phosphatase. That was one number under the lowest number before abnormal, so not too worrisome, I hope, lol! I have been kind of sedentary since march other than the move. Left my f'n bike too!:mad2: It was 20 years old though and was getting some rust on the handlebars etc.

My landlord is MIA since he left the country for a vacation last month - he's Chinese but his English is bordering on native level fluency and I'm pretty sure he's a citizen and has been here most of his life. He's a really nice guy and super responsive as a landlord - I told him my oven was having some kind of weird chip error and he literally had a new one for me the next day.

But like..I'm a little worried he got caught up in some nonsense trying to re-enter the US :uhoh:. My rent due date is the 10th of each month and he hasn't responded to my 'come and get your check' text from last week, which is unlike him. Usually he's super responsive and will let me know he's gonna grab it in a few days if he's busy. Usually I see him around like once a week or once every couple weeks for regular maintenance of the triplex he owns here and I haven't.

Just kinda odd. I am sure he's just busy or maybe got knocked down by the same virus that took me out for a couple weeks this month - but like..what do you do if your landlord does happen to get disappeared by ICE?
