The intro is just skits but the rest is awesome.

Chopping willows in the rain and listening to Kopophobia, while daydreaming about likely, possible and completely unrealistic pinsets on the woodlover beds.

Since we are sharing content today

I am aware that recommending a 14 minute video nowadays is borderline rude, everyone is busy and attention spam is at all time lows.

But still... I love this video and I go back to it every now and then, specially when feeling low.

The reminder I didn't know I needed! I love the Akhlys song 'Incubatio' from Melinoe, great stuff.

^Yellow Eyes, No Dust

^Abduction, Seven apparitions of suffering

^WITTR, Twin mouthed spring

^Tardigrada, Verrat

^MGLA, Excersises in futility IV

But my all time favourite- and IMO most 'naturey' black metal of all time is the Wodensthrone album 'Loss' I cannot reccomend that one for a front to back listen enough if you like that style of BM.

^Wodensthrone, Upon these stones.

Oooh dude gonna check those out I don't know them all, but MGLA is incredible.

Shame that Akhlys and MGLA seem to be adjacent to some controversial shit, but from what I've seen lyrical content and the present seems to set the status better than vague connections, idk.

Do you know Mirrorthrone? Old bandcamp discovery, one guy band.

Don't worry, it's the HUMAN race.

Hope you stumble across a new juicy one to enjoy!

I understand people distancing themselves from bands- or visual artists, authors, I dare say some outspoken & edgy ceramist exists out there lol- etc etc who have questionable or controversial associations. And I embrace others right to be as affected as they are.
But I stick with my gut and as much as I would hate to start some dialogue about the ethics of my stance, I try not to "throw the baby out with the bathwater" when it comes to art I have a genuine reaction to, that so happens to be brought by problematic characters.

Hope that came across properly.

So far so S I C K on Mirrorthrone, that's sounding great!
