Yeah, I've come to the conclusion that since we're not permanent res here, I'll just bartend a few days a week, and maybe just take retirement when I turn 62 in Feb 2027:grin:

I took my dog for a walk after dark for the first time, she was not very obedient, she listened less to my commands, her nose was to the ground the whole time.and pulling on the leash, she tried to chase a couple small animals, I hope it was just the novelty and she calms down on future walks cause it gets dark early now at like.7pm or.something

I went to the coffee shop to get a small coffee,the price is crazy, its only like a dollar cheaper then a large coffee, but its super small, I only wanted a small amount, but I think it should be priced cheaper to be fair, or the large more expensive to give the impression the small is a lot  cheaper lol

Drow Warlock, Mizora is her patron. She’s a walking ball of abuse and trauma responses… I’m like 70,000 words into her backstory/ book.

The group is starting to understand and accept her a little more but healing seems out of sight as some times. I’m in it for the long haul, so who knows, maybe Eilistraee finally gets through to her a bit. I’ve been putting in plenty of foreshadowing for it but she’s not really there yet. Still a lot of internal work that needs to be done, but like 20 sessions in she’s finally getting to a place she can actually start to address some things with actual support around her.

She’s been an absolute delight and I spend way too much my day thinking about her and her story and her psychology. I feel like in ways I understand her more than I understand myself and how she will interact in different situations. It makes role playing her so fun and easier by the day. She’s been a very fun puzzle to figure out and dark psychology can be a lot of fun to explore from a safe environment like table top roleplaying.

Idk, mayhaps. The VTT on beyond is getting better and better by the day so that and vchat in discord could work.

But the scheduling and time management would absolutely become a nightmare, especially once I start traveling a bit more next year.

But ya idk might be down for something like that!

I usually DM but the choice to have a pro-DM this time has been so worth it.

dope, I agree drow are really fun to RP for that reason - its cathartic to be that fucked up :lol:

Well, my blood work was good; there is no risk of diabetes. My weight is high because of my medication, but the doctor says I can bring that down with some walking. She also suggested dancing, but that is not happening.
