I have those same brown pot leaf molds, I used them once and it was too much work to clean and the three molds were not enough to do enough of my keto fat bombs at a time, what I do now I'd mix my stuff in a bowl, then line a 9x13 casserole dish in aluminium foil, and pour my liquid into the casserole dish to freeze, once frozen you can lift the whole block out by lifting the foil, the casserole dish is still clean, and then I cut my fat bombs into squares place into a freezer bag to freeze

Although fat bombs are mostly tallow, chocolate Kiev might be harder to cut into squares while froze

I gotta start wearing serious boots again. I had to do some Bugs Bunny shit to stop short and not kick him with my next step.

I've had too many close calls this year when I wasn't wearing boots or gloves. Thankfully their rattles are super effective.
