if i own the domain losfreddy.com and the account falcorr@losfreddy.com, how do i get an email set up without Google workspaces?  Google is nit allowing me a gmail for that account .  I want to see if I can implement this into my domain.  I was thinking Ubuntu emulator, with password protected session of mine for complied recovery options for my accounts , and costum emails for losfreddy.com

I'm a little unsure what you want, but here's my reply:
You can't use *@gmail.com if you want to use *@losfreddy.com. You can't use a gmail domain if you want to use a custom domain email address, unless you set up email forwarding from falcorr@losfreddy.com to any gmail account you own. This would allow you to view emails sent to falcorr@losfreddy.com without paying $3/month for a mailbox for falcorr@losfreddy.com.
