Yesterday while celebrating our 4 year anniversary, my straight edge fiance who's never done any drug in her life, ate some mushrooms with me. We're both about 40. She's got that redhead gene that makes her body decimate any substances she ingests.

Anyway, I took about 1.5 grams and she took 2, and then about another half gram. She didn't notice much, but I certainly did. We ended up reconnecting in a way that would have taken months otherwise. I got out of bed maybe 3 or 4 times over the course of the day. Ate some fancy chocolate, lots of fresh fruit, ordered pizza later in the day.

All in all, one of the best days I've had in a while. She had a wonderful experience, and is looking forward to an actual psychedelic experience next time, now that we've confirmed that this is a safe substance for her to consume, and a wonderful way to connect with me.
