I think that happened the other day when I was coming home from a festival. The train suddenly slowed down to a stop. Then after awhile pf nothing. They asked for the sanitation team needed to go upfront. That was the term that I heard that I felt like meant something had died on the track. We then incrementally went forward just a little bit at a time for a while and then eventually we were able to go back up to full speed.

It's very possible it could've just been an electrical thing though. We never really know.

Forgive, don't forget.

The older I've gotten the more I've realized forgiveness lifts a burden off of yourself as much as anything.

I would rather forget. Unfortunately that's difficult with the PTSD. But I appreciate what you're saying.

It's probably a good yardstick for me to use to consider if I act kindly in situations. The verdict is I do for the most part, compared to these people anyway.

I'm just sick of attracting these types. I know it's because I never say no. But I never said yes either...

Like Fid said, you have to recognize your own value as a person, and enforce it. Easier said than done, but that's how you'll change for the better. When you draw lines like that it's a lot easier to spot people trying to use or manipulate you because those people will have no respect for those lines.

Is anybody else fucking getting really pissed off that every fucking thing in a goddamn grocery store or a shop is so fucking expensive? And not only is it expensive but it is the lowest quality shit? Why is a God damn analog meat thermometer $14 Plus tax? Why is a thin ass plastic mixing bowl $20? I can't even find any small items that are less than $10. I think I'm just going to start stealing my shit.

Why the fuck are the plastic bags and plastic trash can liners getting so goddamn thin that I have to double bag them so they don't leak and make the inside of my trash can stink?

Oh and am I going to be the only one to mention that rent prices have more than doubled since 2022? What the fuck is that all about?

Legit, dude.  The fucking espresso chocolate bars I like were $31 for a 12-pack when I got 'em in 2022.  Now, they're nearly $70!  Four fuckin' years and they've more'n doubled in price!  That.  Is some BULLSHIT.  I just need somethin' to kick my stupid, tired ass in the nuts so I can get shit done when coffee doesn't wanna work.  Now, I gotta waste my time makin' my own shit because fuck literally all that noise!

Oh and they have like one or two employees working in the entire grocery store to save money on labor so that they can pay their CEO and Wall astreet shareholders more money year after year. Honestly it's easier than ever to steal now. The employees all hate their jobs.

And at $70 for some fucking chocolate bars at this point I think they are asking for people to steal them. They are literally begging for society to crumble and crash.

I wonder when bread loaves are going to be $50.

My apartment lease renewal is on November 1st and my rent is getting raised $25 making it $1,495 plus fees now making it $1,565 starting November. I don't care how nice these apartments are no apartment is worth more than $1,000 for a one bedroom.

Thank God it's not that much, obviously they want me to stay here badly. But I think next November in 2027 I'm going to find a different apartment nearby that is cheaper.
