Public apology to KratomEye * 3

Hey guys. I don't usually make posts like this, but this is important to me, and I think it's appropriate to own it publicly.

Recently, I had an issue with an order from KratomEye that involved some confusion regarding the shipment. I misunderstood the situation and, rather than taking the time to get the facts straight, I reacted poorly. I was rude, impatient, and unreasonable in my communications with them, and I left a negative review based on that misunderstanding.

That was my mistake.

After getting a better understanding of what actually happened, I corrected the review and want to extend my sincere apology to KratomEye for the way I handled the situation. They were considerably more patient and professional with me than I deserved, and I appreciate that.

For what it's worth, I have no reason at this point to have anything but positive things to say about their customer service. They handled an unnecessarily difficult interaction with restraint and professionalism, and that's worth acknowledging publicly as well.

I'm not posting this because I expect anything from them. I just think that if I'm going to publicly criticize a business when I believe they've done something wrong, I should also publicly correct the record when I realize that I was the one who got it wrong.

My apologies to KratomEye, and thank you for your patience.

To add:
Kratomeye hooked me up and went waay above and beyond to make it right, even when it was not their fault. These guys rock and I won't ever buy my leaf dust anywhere else.
If I get the chance to convince people to be patrons of KE, I will. You guys got my loyalty forever and I sincerely and deeply appreciate you!

I know this is not the place to leave reviews, but since the post is already here. Yeah KratomEye is my go-to forever now. Owner himself reached out to make it right, displaying genuine concern and just being earnestly kind. something you don't get every day in any market. :rockon:
