After writing to PF and Sporechicks about my missing orders, I received them each within a week.

PF even sent more than I ordered. Wow! I'm impressed!

There are many trustworthy vendors around. Just ask and you shall recieve. People (in general) have to understand that everybody has their good and their bads and everybody makes mistakes. This includes vendors. The great thing is, many will correct it and some will even add something extra.

Most vendors will not purposely screw you.  If they mess up, its useually an accident and they will work hard to rectify their mistake.  Public opinion is their best and worst friend, that and internet search engines :wink:
