I got basically the only fastfood option in my town I can eat on keto * 1

In Canada you can get the burgers wrapped in lettuce, I got a letuuce wrapped double buddy burger, it was a lot smaller then I thought it'd be, I should have got 2

It was good though, I didn't find a lack of a bun particularly distressful, I might have even preferred the lettuce wrap at this point in time

The ketchup and teen sauce technically arnt keto, but I figure they use so little I can float it, just like I ate a pound of blueberries last week and my ketones only dropped to 0.6mmol


I got a zero sugar rootbeer, they also had little keychain stuffed aninal bears I wanted to buy one but I need to watch my spending

Burgers in lettuce leaves rather than buns - quite healthy.
That should be an option in every burger place.

The bun adds a lot of carbs, but also a lot of salt.

I bought giant dandelion for the turtle

I checked out a metis owned fishery but every thing was too expensive for me, I might go back for smoked white fish which was only $12


But a can of fish was $13 and the fillets were like.$50

Probably lots of oil in fastfood buns too, which adds calories too

Life’s getting wicked expensive.

Yeah I can get a can of sardines at the grocery store for $2.40 but I'm trying to shop at them as little as possible, years ago the grocery giants we caught price fixing the price of bread, and there was only a $40 per person settlement, some people probably spent $40 on bread ever few months and they were price fixing for years, and after it came out the price of bread never went down, they just kept it the same price as they had it when they were fixing it


I might buy a bag of smelt at the metis place, its a giant bag of basically frozen sardines, but being a freshwater fish a lot less omega3 then real.sardines,  but still more omega3 then most foods, I didn't look at the weight on the bag, but it looked big and was $32
