favorites toggle increased fluency and functionality

#29646614 - 08/13/26 09:59 AM (2 months, 4 days ago)

Hi, I've been using the favorites and post-reminder feature avidly since I've had a Shroomery account.

I always wished there was a way to see if a certain thread is favorited without having to perform 1 of the current 2 check which are:
A hit the toggle button and see if it says added or removed on the loading page.
B Look at the favorites list under account

I think a cool third option could be wither a small icon like the mushroom that is either filled in or grey.
Another idea is putting a mark next to threads that are favorited, or having it say "removed" or "favorited" automatically without having to send the page/refresh.

But I don't write php etc.

I would really appreciate some increased functionality surrounding the toggle favorite and "remind me" button. The only 2 differences I can see right now is 1 separately entitled list, and 2 marking individual posts rather than whole threads or the main thread only. (op)
