260.5 this morning. I was here like 4 days ago, but then it jumped up to 263 and held for several days. Not sure why. I reincorporated some heavier lifts and sprints, so it was possibly fluid retention.

HIIT

I do it sometimes and really enjoy dipping my heart rate into the max zone. Helps me from getting boners when the females at the gym keep trying to workout next to me. You burn way more calories and also increase EPOC.


i found the video i watched that i made the comment about, its not HIIT, its even easier then HIIT, you just need to walk quickly like you are late in a airport terminal for 3 minutes, then walk normal for 3 minutes, i was wrong about the fast as you can, that might have been a different video i seen

im down to 282, i think the exercise ive been doing this week is making me drop faster now, here is my diary from yesterday, also my calories was higher yesterday cause it was a bacon day, on a ground beef day my calories are much lower, they just sell bacon in such big packs and i feel obligated to eat the whole pack

Try to get in good enough mental shoape or at least back enough to where i used to be I still get optimisitc and excited about the idea of trying to suck  my own dick off, despite knowting altogether it's impossible -- but havbing the ambition to care enough about my mental health and well-being to get excited about writing the meta/policy of getting excited about that. And then what it represents, another bag of beans altogether. Not unlinke my recent experiences on dmt, everything I've ever said, and all my posts. Pretty self-masturbatory and redundant.
