I am very out in the sticks and the area I just moved to struggles when it comes to the quality of food.


..But the closest pizza shop is only a few miles down the road and it's SO good and it's a little husband and wife team, so happy to patronize them!

I went to a different place that’s has killer pizza. The new place didn’t work out schedule wise. I got two sausage and hot pepper squares. Absolutely top notch slices. My kid got two cheese squares. Demolished them.

Do NOT add baking soda to pizza! Just get some yeast, star brand from online. You can get 2 pounds of it for like less than 10 bucks it will last YEARS in the fridge.

I don't recommend baking soda for anything. Just do yeasted resipes for everything and wait a couple hours, it tastes much better and doesn't give you heart burn like baking soda does.

The very first time I did no sauce on a pizza was actually when I worked at Papa johns way the fuck back in 2010. One customer during the whole time I worked there ordered with no sauce and I always wondered what it was like. We all made ourselves free (stealing, but the leads never cared and did it themselves) pizzas and I decided one day not to use sauce and just see what would happen. It ended up tasting way better. You can taste the flavor of the bread and you don't get 3 day's worth of sodium all in one food session and you don't get heart burn. It's more like those fancy gourmet cheese breads in the bakery section at Sprouts. You can also taste the cheese way better too.

So call it what you want....focccacia...doritos...no sauce pizza...crazy cheese bread....I don't know.

There is no question some focaccia is pizza and some pizza is focaccia. Though not all focaccia is pizza and not all pizza is focaccia. Just like not all doritos are pizza. Cool ranch for example does not count.

Wait, what? Is a white sauce pizza a real pizza or not then?

I'd argue a dorito is not pizza at all by virtue of it's corn base, but if we're going on whether or not it has tomato sprinkled in then that would invalidate all sorts of pizza
