Yeah the aerospace sell off is interesting but a lot of that sector sniffed this out before the war started + rising energy prices kills their margins or at least that's the theory for the broad algo dump. I went long $DRS they make counter drone technology which is undoubtedly the future of warfare if you look at Ukraine/Russia war. Bunch of other weapon systems too but that's my favorite angle on them.

I had been noticing a trend lately so I had ChaGPT run the numbers. For any of you day traders out there-- Monday looks like the best day of the week by far, under Trump 2.0.

Seems like every weekend he tries to smooth over his disaster from the previous week, and by Wed he has pissed off the rest of the world. Rinse, repeat!

So over the past 12 months, if you had bought NASDAQ at end of day Friday, held till end of day Wednesday, you'd have gotten a 41.86% return vs 32.23 if you just bought and held?

Taking taxes into account, would you really be any better off?

Stock market has popped today.

Actually randomly looked in an account that was down significantly enough just over a month ago, and now it’s at ATHs lol. More evidence to the don’t panic touch your shit just let things play out argument.

I am liking energy/data space divididend socks as a long term hold. Picks/shovels of the AI boom.

ETN, NEE, SBGSY are my holdings there, all rather large cap
DLR for the data warehousing

I'm so happy to have sold NOC between $700 - $736.  Then sold all my LMT at $620.  I said before I put a lot of money into AMD.  With the funds from LMT I put that into AMZN.  Both AMD and AMZN have been terrific recently!  I'm holding these long.  I'm thinking earnings will be great.  I pray that my SOFI will do well.  I've heavily invested into it.

Yeah I'm sizing into positions as breadth expands, still kinda weak and this is real narrow leadership but this is usually how these bull markets start. Semis are leading by a wide margin and idk if that's going to change. Basically hitting the throttle on things that are working keeping a tight list and when something pullsback I add into that position.

Here's core focus -> AAPL  AEHR  AMAT  AMD  AMKR  ANET  ASML  ASX  AVGO  AXTI  CIEN  COHR  ICHR  KLAC  LITE  LRCX  LSCC  MKSI  MPWR  MRVL  MTSI  NVDA  ONTO  RDDT  RMBS  STM  TER  UCTT  VRT

anything essentially in the same sphere as these can and will probably also work but these are picked from technical perspective as well

SOXX now makes up 10% of my portfolio. Someone mentioned it somewhere on the forum here a while ago and I bought it. Thanks to whoever pointed me that. It did 5.4% so far today.  I sold a struggling Canadian gold mining stock (WRLG) this morning at a loss and put it all into SOXX. Already a good move.

Most of my portfolio is in XEQT and a tech heavy mutual fund. I will leave that alone and only keep 10% in riskier investments.

My timeline is pretty long as I still have 20 years until retirement age.
