I still have 0 ignores to this day. But there's just something so special about this site and community.. I've never felt the need to argue much with people here. A good exchange of opinions - yea, sure, but all within reason. And I tend to completely ignore the trolls here, not worth my time.

I’m with you on this and can’t remember ever arguing with anyone or being controversial, but still managed to get an ignore somewhere along the line.

Life is too hard sometimes fam. Anxiety is real. I’m not sure how many more straws the camel’s back can take. There’s just always something to kick you back down the steps you made it up.

True and powerful words, Starman. Personally, it helps me to remember some Buddhist tenants...

1) no one suffers alone. Suffering - major or minor - is universal. It's a normal part of life. You're not alone in your pain or anxiety

2) Cyclicity is universal. For every down, there will be an up...and vice versa.

I'm sorry you're hurting right now. Know that you are worthy of joy, and will experience it again. And in the meantime there are people here and throughout your life who are there for you.
