A very frustrating job. About the only perk was that our supervisors were not trained technicians, but rather supervisors. So when folks would get mad and ask to speak to my supervisor, the supervisor would explain to them you were already talking to the expert let me put them back on the phone

Congrats KB, my wifey has sent out about the same amount of resumes and been on several interviews that she swore was perfect only to be let down.  This week, she went on one interview that she said was so difficult that she feels she bombed.  We are waiting on pins and needles, maybe just maybe, a hire!  I dunno, she is super bummed but keeps trying.  Glad to here you nailed one!!
