You obviously didn't read Charlie Kirk's will yet.

Where it clearly and specifically stipulates that a trans person needs to take the blame for his inevitable assassination because that would cement his legacy.

He is getting his own public park named after him by the way.

In like 8 months people are going to wonder who the fuck Charlie Kirk even is.

His headstone will serve as a very important footnote or stepping stone along the path to great leaders authoritarian regime.

Which means that the park will be very nice.

I don't know how people are able to justify the celebration of Charlie Kirk's assissination. It truly boggles my mind.

You must not know the things he said and stood for, otherwise you would feel differently.

remake said:
I don't think he deserved to be gunned down like that and I think anyone celebrating that is really far gone.

He didn't deserve it, but it's funny it happened because he willingly allowed it to happen.

I just think it is unwise to celebrate political assassination.

Makes me worry that some people will now be able to justify the murder of ANY person who associate themselves with an opposing ideology or ever said something opposing to what someone else considers the morally superior ideology.

Whatever Charlie Kirk stood for that was hateful towards others, now got amplified and justified.

It's just not good news all around.

But you are right, I probably don't know enough.

I think I can say though that this is really not going to put an end to the rhetoric that some find offensive.

I fear it's going to influence the political actions of extremists in my own country.

It's okay to celebrate a horrible, hate-spewing, people-dividing person's death, remake. People have been able to justify the murder of any person for all of human history; it doesn't take much creativity to do so. The USA has been taken over by fascism, and they will make any event into a big deal if they want to because they have the power to do so. Charlie Kirk dying was an easy thing for them to latch onto. The same message would be amplified regardless if he died or not. Yes, when the most powerful country in the world shifts towards fascism then smaller countries feel more welcomed to doing so themselves. I wish your country well. :mushroom2:

Unless my eyes are deceiving me, you guys still live in one of the best countries in the world. Your country represents free speech - in my opinion.

He was killed for what he said. I don't think that is good.

We just had somebody taken off the air for just insinuating that the assassin might have not been democratic.

Our freedom of speech is under assault right now, and Charlie Kirk is the martyr being lifted on the crucifix.

That is why I view his death as not being a good thing.

Because now it will be constant back and forth retaliations.

That's not even what he said. Kimmel was making fun of the right wing reaction to Kirk's shooting, the fact that they were pulling out every attempt (trans, gay, furry, antifa, etc.) to make the shooter out as non-MAGA so they could instantly start fanning the flames of political division and playing the victim.

He never said anything about the shooter being right wing, right wing media just spun it that way and somehow even some people on the left are still reading it that way

This was it..
Quote:
“We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang trying to characterize this kid who killed Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it,”

He was fired for saying something that is objectively true, but since it was something negative about the fascist regime in power the network was threatened by the administration and the show was cancelled

ABC has been losing millions on Kimmel, whose ratings have been in a nosedive for a long time.  They have wanted to dump him for a while, and this was the perfect opportunity, as his gullible naive supporters would eat up the notion that Trump got him canned.  Trump seems to have paranormal supernatural magical powers.

Trump is the most influential person to ever live on Earth.  He's Godlike.

And I think with his transition to a woman and being a homosexual male, prison will be less painful to him should any rapes take place. Perhaps life in prison is what this guy really wanted was free housing and endless homosexual sex forever until he dies, and the death penalty is the only true justice instead of letting him live his BDSM homosexual fantasy out forever.

WTF is this backwards idiocy? Rape is still rape, even if the victim is a homosexual man - no gay man sees life in prison as some free sex loophole.

I said rape would be less painful, and I guess you took it to think you know what I meant. Well, what I meant was that it would be less physically painful because of the nature of homosexual sex. I never said rape wasn't rape, or that it wouldn't be psychologically or even physically traumatic, I just said that it would be less painful. And I never said that was a fact, in fact I think I stated in a previous post this was all just my opinion, and if I didn't then, I am stating this as my opinion now, not facts. I do have some actual facts for you though

Also, to your second point, I have personally heard at least three people in my lifetime,  in person, and one online said they were going to get locked up for a free bed and some hot showers and sex( these were men- and then they actually got locked up) It might not be life in prison, but some gay men do see prison as a free sex( and food/shelter) loophole. These are actual facts in my reality. But you live in your own world/reality. If you don't want to accept the fact this is my truth, then that's on you.

So I'm not sure here if you're speaking for every single gay man to ever exist that commits a crime to get life in prison? Are you stating that as a fact, or your opinion?

There's some really messed up people out there, and it would not surprise me in the least bit this has been done before. No matter how delusional/crazy it sounds to you

No shit ive been saying this since it happened. I said he'd be a martyr, the internet is filled with memes and posts about we are all Charlie kirk, "Charlie kirk is the new mlk", congress is making a national day of remembrance for him, trump is using him as pretext to revoke visas, drivers licenses, starting investigations into people a bunch of things really.

Now hes using it as a pretext to get rid of whatever dissent he doesnt like. Hes been wanting to get rid of kimmel and Colbert for a long time now he has.

Now nyt is being sued for 15 billion dollars.

This is the road to true tyranny. And some of it could have been avoided if people gleeful about Charlie's assassination wouldve kept their fucking mouths shut.

Do you honestly believe that a televised assassination of a conservative figure wasn't enough, and the Trump administration also needed people being mean online in order to justify another fascist consolidation of power?

If by "back and forth"

you mean the overwhelming majority of bullying, violence, removal of rights all coming from the far right, then sure, back and forth.

I still remember when Kirk called for bailing out the man who broke into Pelosis home and attacked her husband with a hammer shattering his skull and stated "He did nothing wrong"

I still remember when Kirk called for Bidens execution

I still remember when Kirk said "Civil rights were a mistake, minorities shouldn't vote, women shouldn't vote. Women should be subservient to men."

I still remember all the times conservative fucks pretend like they care about kids, "pro-life" they say, until they are born, and then they could give less of a fuck about em.

Pretending like these things weren't going to happen with or without his death at some point is just fool-hearty.

We have military on our streets, we have ICE locking up an detaining legal citizens, we have them intimidating democratic candidates.

The fuck you mean back and forth. If anything we should be doing MORE to fight back against this bullshit. You already KNOW Trump is going to try to steal the midterms, you already KNOW Trump is going to try to be president for a third time if he's still alive by then.

It's fucking nonsense. I'll celebrate every stupid god damn idiotic death who deserves their grave to get pissed on.

MAGA and all its supporters are pathetic trash.
