Possibly every notorious pandemic of the past has been attributed to medical malpractice, even since shedding was known in the Revolutionary era.  A Gulf War-like syndrome was reported over 100yrs ago, ever since vaccination was first forced upon men in uniform.

In 2017 the inventor of this device suggested that after slight modifications this method could be effective in delivery of stem cells to the brain as well.
