His posts always seem to come across as word salad. A few big words here and there to give the impression of intelligence but taken as a whole don't make sense. This is why I think Durian is a bot or at least an artificial intelligence of some type.

I suppose anything is possible

Perhaps he is a quantum computer meant to compile paragraphs and paragraphs of data into a single sentence. Not necessarily using any type of specific syntax other then the English language not necessarily needing to be deciphered but that only another quantum computer could read.

But being if you were another quantum computer you could read two of his sentences and understand a whole books worth of information.

Absolutely brilliant. Yet can any of us understand? We cannot. Not on the level of evolution that a bot like Dorian can spit out such information. We just aren't that advanced.

Yet I still hope for years to come I rewrite his words and the absolute level of brilliance shines through always, as I figure out what he is saying one word at a time rewriting it out into entire pages

I hate to double post but I wanted to seriously address the issue of something sensational. Sensational indeed. In an entirely different post not simply just replying to the previous post.

Imagine a man who you would look through his threads and posts and see back during the beginning era of his account creation he was obsessed with drugs. This man may describe his life in 2003 as times of fun at the park. Consuming many drugs daily including mushrooms. Creating a shroomery account in 2007. Etc.

But imagine this person over the years losing virtually all interest in drugs possibly only 0.01% as interested as he was before.

A person who was totally fascinated with drugs thinking it was mind opening and enlightening but now thinks drugs are for people who want to swing off a tree branch and land face flat on the ground and if that is not fun enough then you could be loaded up on drugs before you swing off the tree branch and land flat on your face to make it more interesting. A man who thinks the productivity of drug use does about nothing for being useful wether its the most complex scientific task or simply trying to find a drink of water.

This man maybe used to hate cops. Now sometimes people confuse him with a cop. Would a cop visit this site? Well would a lawyer?

Imagine a man being a cop and visiting this site and the department finds out and brings the man in to interrogate him and question if he deserves his job. They may say "we saw you posting on the shroomery" and the man reply "so what is that a crime?" They may say "we told you to come and be as sober as possible for this job" and you reply "I have been nothing but the most sober person ever for this job. I showed up. You tested me. That life is way behind me in the past. There is nothing illegal about having a pre existing shroomery account."

Would this man who was a cop be totally as surprised as possible and Blown Away that he still has this account on the shroomery? He may be blown away. Totally fascinated that he no longer cares for drugs he thinks that they have basically no practical use and all of his experimentation days were way behind in the past and most of the people who knew who were in the drugs are either dead or in jail and all the Brotherhood that people said that they shared when they were on drugs simply doesn't seem to exist when times are tough and you need to function the drugs are never there for you. At all.

How Sensational would that be? Even more so how Sensational would covid-19 be?

Is covid-19 like a repeat of an acid trip? Is covid-19 the type of thing that a person simply cannot understand how something that supposedly killed so many millions of people now has been vaccinated planetarily-wise for just a few strains and yet all of the social distancing and all of the quarantining has been lifted and is almost non-existent in itself?

Absolutely. 100%. But what can you do?

Economy could not function with covid-19 and super inflation would have no powerful basis if there was no economy if everything was quarantined and no one was working you would not have the flow of business you could not charge five times the price of things as they were five years ago.

But sensationalism aside I warn society. Truly. If you ever thought for 5 seconds that this was a disease you needed to watch out for I would watch out all the time I would mask up when there are a thousand people around you. I would not depend on a vaccine further than a few weeks if a new strain already develops after that.

Sometimes I question if quarantine should be put back into place? Or if they had any use to begin with.

I do 100% believe though the covid-19 is nowhere near over we have barely seen the effects of it even if it has already killed tens of millions of people we've come up with a few water injected shots and said the problem is solved and Life Goes On.

But if some people say Society itself is a disease and that disease is nowhere near cured.

Always be careful

The only sentence here that makes sense is the second one.

The first sentence makes no sense but if the part about "If neurally atypical" is cut out then the rest makes sense. There is no need for "If neurally atypical".

Similarly, the third sentence has no need for the first clause "If something looks weird or sensational to you". The second part of the sentence can stand alone by itself without the need for the rest. Or maybe Durian meant to say "If something looks weird or sensational to you it also looks weird or sensational to me and I am therefore posting about it".

Taken together, the post makes no sense and the three sentences have no logical link between them. That's why I say word salad.

The more people that get it the more opportunities it has to mutate.  In addition to covid19’s high transmissibility and the way the world and its peoples are so intricately connected in countless ways made for a perfect storm in terms of the virus having no shortage of hosts to infect thereby being given an opp to mutate a gazillion10 times over.    Its been on a rampage until somewhat recently, but now that there has been time to adjust & with the counter measures in place it would seem we’re either basically in the clear —or, perhaps we’re merely experiencing a lull because now we’re in the eye of the storm.  Exclaimer:  I don’t know enough to confidently say which scenario, if any, is true.    :sadyes:

Not even remotely the quickest mutating virus in history. The flu has far more genetic variation than covid
