Need some GD concerts for a 12 hour drive

I've been pretty obsessed with the Dead after I saw them live at Bonnaroo.

I have the 2-9-1973 show in El Paso I think it is. Great show.

Any other recommendations? Maybe your top 3 shows?

Download the Fillmore East run from 1971 in April. There is like 5 nights in a row, that should keep you plenty busy. They definitly had the magic flowing those nights.

Closing of Winterland is pretty good i think...others my have their own opinions...yeah checkout Dick's picks those are all legit and awesome recordings of their live stuff its great

Truely man check any one you can get. They all have there own charechteristecs that make them special. I got one that is just Phill doing crazy spooky bass licks for one whole side of a tape. Its not like sing along stuff but it keeps me entertained.

2/15/73 Madison WI  Sick show. Beautiful, spacey- Jerry was soooooo on & the rest of them too of course. :smile:

and 6/10/73 RFK in DC.
this one has Allman bros on disk 4. fucking awesome.

early 70's= my favorite period.
