People that go out in a "Blaze of Glory" usually do so by violent means, taking down an ex-lover, ex-employers, authority figures or other "enemies". If you decided to end in all in a positive "Blaze of Glory" (if that is not contradictory) what would be your final act (reasonable physical health permitting) befitting of a statement on your life?

I have actually put a bit of thought into this matter. I would hold a party with all my friends and family, distribute my worldly possessions myself, go tripping while thinking over my life and die peacefully.

My cousin died a month ago. He died in odd circumstances that has left my entire family wondering if it was a murder or a suicide. According to his mother, his death was not a suicide, because if it was, his blaze of glory would have been killing his ex girlfriend.
I think that a cool blaze of glory would be this...
All of the politicians/rich people/religious leaders/people who are deliberately holding people back are all bare foot and holding hands and standing in three feet of water. The person in the front is holding on to a broken condutor that was orignially connetected to a 50,000 volt transformer. I would simply grab both ends of the broken conductor and zap those motherfuckers!

you should always answer your own question in a post like this... what is YOUR blaze of glory Swami?
I think if I had to go out in a blaze, I would do just that... roll up a dozen fatties of chron, withdraw my bank account.. say goodbye to my loved ones, and go out flamin

I would put on my beautiful brown evening dress, and go out into the street twirling around saying "I'm da one, I'm da most beautiful girl in the whoooole woruld!" and then I would skip about a bit and throw myself into the path of an oncoming UPS van.

I'd catch hundreds of squirrells, skunks, raccoons, pigeons and canadian geese and attach small but powerful explosive devices to them and keep releasing them until eventually I'd get blown up by an accident.

I'd try to leave everyone else until nobody would know/remember me anymore then I'd peacefully go out.

I'd like my blaze of glory to be the legacy I left behind, if any. If there is to be any "blaze", it will be what I have already accomplished.
I could never hurt anyone else if I decided to leave this planet.
However, if I did do a final act in a "blaze of glory", I would spray-paint the beach sand purple. Green, too, I think. Maybe stripes of green and purple. That would get their attention.

hmmm....
I would probably drench myself in gasoline, sit down, light myself on fire and scream "GLORY!!!! GLORY!!! GLORY!!!" at the top of my lungs until I perished.

I'd like to die in some strange freakish way that defies rational explanation. That'd be a nice way to finish things up, if you ask me, which you did.
If I wanted to do a crazy-extravagant-violent end, I think I'd want to go up for a skydiving thingie, but discreetly arrange it so that instead of being kosher, my parachute lines'd just be attached to a whole bunch of paper kites. I guess I just like the image, dropping like a stone, dragging a gaggle of flimsy little kites... ooo, and maybe some paper cranes, too. Yeah...

A few minutes alone in the sky to play with kites, just tumbling and laughing and realizing it's all over and done with or else will be drastically different from now on in. Or else I suppose it could be more of the same...

beautiful.
life is like a skydive without a parachute, if you think about it.
