Lots of antivaxers can't even handle the mild discomfort of a face mask. Some of them even had to be duct-taped into airplane seats during flights just to avoid that discomfort. But at the same time these people were dying in droves while claiming that weren't remotely afraid of being infected with a potentially deadly novel pathogen that they thought escaped from a lab. It's a lot of impressively maladaptive behavior for one subculture.

No, many anti-vaxxers all over the internet have literally said that they hate and/or are afraid of needles. Many others are afraid based on long-debunked conspiracies like the autism link. People with irrational fears are often desperate to find any excuse to justify the avoidance of their fears.

If the COVID vaccine was a cute little pink chewable gummy that you take once or twice, we probably would have doubled the vaccination numbers.

Yes, I have. I've also witnessed people at my hospital (including employees) offered vaccines who say "No, I don't like needles."

I'm sure they're all just trolling and whatever point you're trying to make is the correct one though.
