I pretty sure you want your dentist or pilot to be licensed.

Your chaotic and undisciplined use of knowledge is a perfect example of why formal education is necessary. You’re smart but you seem incapable of using your intelligence in an effective manner. These are skills that you get from the types of education you deride.

You don't seem to be able to engage in debate very well. Not sure what you've got going on in that head of yours, but you might benefit from some basic writing education and practice. Your thinking is all over the place, and you don't stay on topic long enough to make a simple point most of the time. You also rely way too much on loose metaphorical associations between your ideas and seem to loose\change the associations before you finish an idea, midsentence sometimes. Debate simply can't happen with that kind of communication. You are very civil though. I will give you that.

It's definitely not just you. I'm crazier too. But I try to keep it channeled anyway that, at the very least, hurts nobody but me, and at best  complements other peoples' brand of crazy in a 'useful' way every so often

Big Media is fact checking actual inventors and scientists and giving a platform to pill-pushers, reverse-prejudiced, and yes-men, hardly capable of making a serious, facial expression.

I would like to say that you could uncover bad liars, based on your gut instinct, except so many people's consciences are against the green lawn, bbq's, red meat, housepets, air travel, internal combustion, and ordinary, archetypal kinds of mainstays.

The only point I have left to argue is that these demoralized cannot be saved from themselves. This discussion is intended as a public examination and not a form of appeasement.
